What many forget
Apps are not downloaded by machines, but by people.
Most apps fail not because of the technical implementation, but because of the conceptual fundamentals, such as a clear value proposition, an intuitive UI or the willingness of their users to pay. It is more productive to master these fundamentals at least 90% of the time, rather than spending 90% of your time dealing with technical details. I'll show you how.

Do you want an app or success in the app business?
There are three prerequisites for the latter: your app must be easy to find. Your customers must enjoy using it. And they must be willing to pay for your offer.
Before you spend a lot of money on development and marketing and generate too few paying customers, you should meet these requirements.

How I work
Step 1
Free consultation
We get to know each other in a free consultation to see if the chemistry is right. What are your goals and priorities? What are the problems? What strategic projects are you putting off? Where do you think there are opportunities? I would be happy to explain to you how I work and what you can expect from me.
Step 2
Scope definition
We agree on goals, scope and focus of the consultation, as well as the setup of our collaboration. I support startups, medium-sized companies and corporations, which means the type of collaboration can vary. I don't work for my company, but for yours.
Step 3
Focus & Analysis
We define a key topic that I will focus on. Key topics can be, for example, optimizing findability, improving conversion-to-paid or developing an internationalization strategy. I think deeply about your product and optimize in the context of competition and country specifics, because that is the only thing that works.
Step 4
Results
We discuss the results and agree on the next steps. I often find "low hanging fruit" in the process that is recommended to be implemented before we move on to the next topic. I think entrepreneurially, pragmatically and condense results so that you can implement them.
Step 5
Implementation
The results are prioritized, scheduled and implemented successively. It often makes sense to tackle the next focus topic in parallel with implementation. Sometimes it is advisable to take a break. I know the challenges and processes of small and large development teams, both in-house and external, and can help you set the right priorities.
During our collaboration, I will also be available to provide you with advice and support for topics outside the agreed scope. UI reviews, pitch decks, business case validation, investor or board meetings. Whatever it is, I will be happy to support you.
