Project example
I was commissioned with the goal of developing an internationalization strategy for an app that is market-leading in Germany and has already been localized in order to open up new sales markets in a structured and predictable manner.
After an initial kick-off workshop with the product and marketing team, the following steps were defined:

As a first step, we defined a process for identifying and developing target markets in a structured manner.
Market Fact Sheet
Based on a scoring model specially developed for the project, each potential target market receives an evaluation in order to be able to assess market attractiveness before market entry.
Pre-Go-To-Market Checklist
After deciding on a target market, all localization deficiencies are identified using a checklist and remedied before go-to-market.
