Tom Sadowski

Tom Sadowski is one of the most sought-after app experts in German-speaking countries.

With his unique blend of app store insights and marketing know-how, he supports entrepreneurs and founders on their way to app success.

He was shaped by his time at Apple, where he managed the app business in German-speaking countries for over five years and previously headed up marketing for iTunes in Central Europe.

Since then, he has been dealing with the question of what distinguishes successful from less successful apps and shares his experience and methods with companies and founders in workshops, seminars and as a freelance consultant.

His book App Store Confidential is a Spiegel bestseller and was number one in the German Amazon charts shortly after publication. The book attracted media attention when - triggered by an article in Die Zeit - numerous international and national media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, Der Spiegel, Handelsblatt and many others reported on it.

Tom's work is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers and founders who are looking for ways to generate more visibility, more users and more sales for their app. His focus is on optimizing the user experience and the most important growth metrics. Because in the end, it's still the users who decide whether they download an app and are willing to spend money on it and the metrics if you can scale your business.

Born in Bremen, influenced by Hamburg and Berlin, Tom Sadowski now lives with his family near Munich. He is an enthusiastic skier, a big Barcelona fan and loves good music, good food and, of course, good apps.
